Our turnkey service includes unlimited sign storage, installation and removal! Most orders are completed on a next-day basis. We also offer custom riders and signs for additional fees.
Having taken ownership of Real Estate Sign Service LLC (RESS) just shy of 3 years ago, Owner, Justin Griep dove right into the business ensuring that realtors would continue to enjoy outstanding sign service. Prior to buying the business, Justin worked for Main Event Transportation/Monterey Airbus, for over 20 years before being presented with the opportunity to purchase RESS. Holley, Justin’s fiancée, comes from a background working in the ag. industry for over 18 years, she handles the scheduling and office portion of the business. Together the duo lives their ethos, “Teamwork makes the dream work!”
RESS provides sign post installation in 5 different colors (white, black, redwood, brown and Pasadera yellow.) We also offer a choice of single or double-leg posts. Additionally, we also offer to create custom riders and signs, delivery/pick up, along with unlimited storage of signs, brochure boxes and additional riders, if needed. We provide service to the central coast from King City to Morgan Hill and also service Hollister, Santa Cruz, and Watsonville.
